About Us

Regina Waters is the owner and proprietor of Waters I-Witness Services. (WIWS) Regina is a 20-year veteran of the Law Enforcement/Justice field.

She earned a Masters of Arts in Business Leadership. Regina holds licenses and certifications as a Notary Public, Officiant, Loan Signing Agent, Pre-Mediation Asset Mitigation Specialist, Registered Mediator and EEO Investigator for formal allegations of workplace discrimination.
